Return of Faulty Toshiba A500-1GL (Part 2)

Yesterday, UPS has been and gone to collect the packaged laptop so now begins the long-dreaded waiting game but then again after 2 years of having a faulty laptop, the earlier it gets sorted the better...

A little annoyed that Toshiba's tracking site from last night still shows
